Hello readers, how is your morning?

Udah lama banget nih ga update  tentang Syukur Pagi, artikel terakhir tentang Reward Yourself.

Kali ini aku mau cerita kalau aku baru aja sembuh dari sakit maag beberapa waktu lalu.

Mungkin karena tanpa saya sadari tubuh ini stres berkepanjangan sejak akhir Januari 2017 di mana perusahaan tempat aku bekerja hampir setahun belakangan ditutup karena tidak tercapainya target revenue untuk menutupi cost perusahaan.

STOP seeing myself as a VICTIM

Masih ingat dengan cerita gw di sini ?

Tanpa disadari kejadian itu membuat gw memposisikan diri gw sebagai "korban" selama hampir satu minggu lamanya.

Seolah-olah gak ada orang lain yang hidupnya semerana gw, jadi ibu rumah tangga juga jadi ibu yang bekerja!

"Hellooowww! Di luar sana banyak kali yang punya peran sama kayak loe!" batin gw berkata.

Beruntungnya gw dikelilingi orang-orang yang selalu memberikan dampak yang sangat baik bagi kehidupan pribadi dan juga karier, salah satunya career coach Rene Suhardono.

Lewat kolom #UltimateU-nya Rene selalu bisa membangunkan gw bahwa semua orang mengalami kendala yang sama dalam karier dan pekerjaan.

Persoalannya, langkah seperti apa yang mau diambil terkait karier dan pekerjaan?

Kalau gw ga suka dengan pekerjaan yang sekarang maka gw bisa memilih untuk meninggalkan organisasi di mana gw berkarya sekarang atau melakukan perubahan!

Hati menimbang, logika memperhitungkan untung rugi.

Suatu hari di awal tahun ini, saat ngobrol dengan tim kerja gw, gw menyadari bahwa mereka masih butuh untuk diayomi dan banyak hal yang bisa dilakukan agar mereka juga mengerti untuk apa dan siapa mereka ada di organisasi ini.

Agar juga mereka mengerti bahwa BEKERJA = BERKARYA DAN BERDAYA

Dan gw mau ambil bagian itu.

Sejak saat itu gw mengubah pola pikir, gw stop menjadikan diri gw korban!

Gw mulai mengucap syukur untuk semua hal yang terjadi di dalam hidup gw setiap harinya.

Gw menemukan satu metode lucu di twitter yang diberi tagar #3Gratitudes, selama dua puluh satu hari menuliskan rasa syukur untuk tiga hal yang terjadi setiap harinya.

Dan perlahan, situasi kantor berubah menjadi lebih baik, kondusif dan menyenangkan :)

What a nice problem!

Today, I turn 31 years old!

Thank God that he gave me another year to life, love and laugh :)

Two days before my birthday, I feel uneasy..... specially at work.

It just to complicated to tell and I suppossed to stand still, shut my mouth and respect the one who employed me.

It is hard, I can tell!

But again, my heart tell me to see the other side of this problem I'm facing.

And I can say now, "What a NICE problem!" instead of grumpy :D

God teach me through every people that I met.

Universe is full of surprises!

and I willing to learn every single little thing that matters to me everyday!

Recently, I have been juggling with home, work, and social community without housemaid :D

We have survived more than 6 months without housemaid, and all of us are overwhelmed....

I catch up running again after on and off back in 2012 :D

I hope that I can gain more benefit through running, will update you more in other post!

Well, only God knows my struggles and I believe that he is my provider!

He will make ways to all problems that I had!

He is forever faithful and I am forever grateful :)

Thank you Jesus for everything, for every NICE problem in my life!

I always love December.

My wedding anniversary, Indonesia Mother's Day, Christmas Day, the scent of holiday and this year my brother's and my best friend's wedding day. *can't wait to see the pics*

A month of peace and joy, last month in every year that makes me keep thinking... what have I done this year.

This year, I got chances to meet great people... and two of them are :

This year, Indonesia's National Soccer Team succed to make me one of their fan.



I am not into soccer thing but watching them at television makes me very proud to be Indonesian and now, I'm kinda like soccer *grin*

They show the world that Indonesian is a sportive people.

Owning Self Confidence

Confidence may be the single most important criteria in personal and professional growth.

Having confidence is like being pregnant either you have it or you don’t

There is no half way in confidence. It is not about what you know, it is about what you believe in

People who lack of confidence are mostly afraid of being wrong and be blamed for it

People without confidence would complain 10 times as much about life’s uncertainties

Lack of confidence is not knowing yourself, not sure about your intention or expect instant gratification

Confidence is replace self doubt with self worth.

Confident people simply do not care about being wrong. They are sure about being truthful with themselves

Confident people are not apologetic because they do not make mistakes intentionally

Confident people finds insecurity stimulating and opportunity exciting

Confident people would say, “Never complain” nor explain

Take some risks, make yourself do what you fear

You don’t know everything but so does the rest of the people of the world

Nobody knows anything

You know more than you think you do

Good intention is a good start but should be complimented with real acts

#Delegation

There is no way we shall be able to take the lead in all things ourselves.

Some managers may feel they never need to delegate since they can do it faster and more precise, alone.

Reasons why people don't delegate : lack of trust, plain silly or afraid of the other person will do better.

If you think that way, here is the question: "Do you want to be the same type of work 10 (ten) years from today?"

Delegation is not just to complete work. It is the path to grow proffessionally and personally.

Great people and great companies are masters in delegation.

We don't delegate because we have to , we delegate because it is the best way to empower people.

The prospect of somebody can do the work better than us should be seen as great news and not as a threat.

There is no better way to grow and to improve business than to delegate to every able and willing people.

The key to delegation: different people has different style of delegation.

You can delegate authority but not responsibility.

You need to understand the nature of the work and the way to break them into pieces before delegation.

Spend time to understand your team member's passion, talent, ambition etc

Be their boss and be their coach. The best support is by being there when they need you.

Your job is to assist them over difficult phase and to show them that they are able.

But you have to be able to do it yourself before begin delegating any work.

Build business around people not the other way.

Never compare your own experience when delegating work. You are you, they are not you.
