Well, today is the fourth day of #NoComplaintWeek challenges.
I am trying so hard to not complaint about anything , simply by being grateful on everything.
I go to the office and doing my job as a Financial Controller.
Preparing the audit documents, joint venture documents and annual tax report.
Many mistakes on the journal makes me want to yell but instead of yelling I try to calm down and ask my staff to re- entry the journal and to complete remarks for the journal.
#NoComplaintWeek makes me think that there's no use to blame on people... what we can do is fix the problem and be aware for future process :)
And I hope that my staff also can learnt from our conversation today ... cheers!
